Hi, I’m Gina Hawley, the founder of Hometeam — but more importantly, I’m a wife, a mom, and someone who deeply values the people, places, and moments that bring us together.
I started Hometeam because I saw a need. As a parent sitting in the bleachers at youth games and walking fields at tournaments, I noticed how often the “little things” — like a custom tent, a bold sideline banner, or a well-placed feather flag — created a sense of pride and professionalism. I wanted every sports team, from little league to university athletics, to be able to show up with confidence and look as strong as they play.
With a background in branding and design, over 15 years of experience in the print industry, and a passion for serving teams of all kinds, I built Hometeam to be a trusted resource for coaches, athletic directors, organizers, and volunteers. Whether it's game day, senior night, or a championship weekend, I’m here to make sure your setup reflects the heart and hustle behind your team.
